Blues Construction and Consulting LLC was founded in 2020 by Azul Salinas.

What started as a small gig to get through college—with nothing more than a fence-staining trailer and a strong work ethic—quickly grew, through dedication, craftsmanship, and word of mouth, into the company we are today.

From day one, every project has been completed entirely in-house, operated by friends and family in the San Angelo area. Our team takes pride in delivering quality work that reflects our values of honesty, reliability, and hometown service.

We’ve found our strength in versatility — we’re not too small for large commercial projects, and not too big to act as a trusted subcontractor. Whether it’s a full-scale build or a specialized portion of a project, we bring the same professionalism, quality, and attention to detail to every job.

Although it’s been five years, it feels like we’re only just getting started.
